How to use the member features of our website
If you’re a member of Cosburn Park, our website has loads of features and content you can use.
How do I log in to the Member’s Area?
When you navigate to a members-only page, you’ll see a login window. Enter the email address you used to register and your password. Then click “sign in.”
Even if you share an email address with your spouse, each member will have an individual member account and a unique password. When you log in with a shared email, you’ll be prompted to choose the account you’re using.
I don’t know my password. How do I retrieve it?
Click on the “Request password” button, enter the email address you used to register, and click the blue “Request password” button.
If your membership is in good standing, our membership system will immediately email you a new, temporary password of random letters and digits. Please use this password to log in, then navigate to the Manage your Cosburn membership page. On that page, you’ll be able to change the temporary password.
Please note: the temporary password is generated automatically by our membership system software. Cosburn’s webmaster and board members have no access to your password; we can’t see it or reset it for you.
How do I update my contact information or change my emergency contact?
Navigate to the “Manage your Cosburn membership page” and log in. When the “Basics” tab at the top is selected, you’ll be able to change contact information and your password.
When you’re done, be sure to click “Save and continue” at the bottom of the page.
How do I change my roster settings?
Navigate to the “Manage your Cosburn membership page” and log in.
Click the “Roster” tab at the top. You’ll be able to change your club roster privacy settings, add information about your tournament availability, and add photos to your profile.
When you’re done, be sure to click “Save & Continue” at the bottom of the page.
